Spa Clubs is a local owned and operated fitness facility which includes 2 facilities on the Fleurieu Peninsula, Victor Harbor & Goolwa. It offers 24:7 Gym access, Group Fitness Classes, Functional Training Zone, Group Training Sessions, Personal Trainers and is built on a fun community vibe.
We are currently seeking a fun, motivated, hardworking, individual to join our team in our newly developed member service role.
The responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following:
- Customer service - greeting our members, potential members, being friendly inviting and approachable.
- Ability to show potential members around our facility, build rapport with them and work out their situation and how we can help them best. - Understanding of our memberships.
- Taking responsibility of reception duties.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the facility - equipment, reception, outdoor area, bathrooms and more.
- Assisting in orders for retail products and supplies.
- Reporting any maintenance issues that require attention.
- Using your initiative on how to solve problems, follow up and communication.
- Build connections with members to members.
