**Key Role Purpose**
The successful applicant will provide administration support to the HR Team with the opportunity to also provide HR support to client groups across a number of HR functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with the Asia Pacific New Hire Orientation
- Create HR digital communications and craft strategic visual stories
- Promote HR digitally (i.e. social media)
- Adapt, modify and update administrative methodologies, practices and procedures
- Manage record maintenance (for the full employee lifecycle) including processes new hire and termination documentation and forms
- Project Leadership and participation (both local and JAPAC)
- Provide HR support to a small number of client groups and partner with the business to deliver corporate and divisional HR processes, policies and activities in line with ANZ legislation including:
- Support, guide and coach managers and employees on all HR related matters, provide guidance on policies.
- Assist client group with talent management and performance management needs.
- Collaborate with multiple JAPAC HR Expertise teams (HR Shared Services, Recruitment, C&B, OTD, Mobility etc), HR Business Partners on HR related matters.
- Work closely with hiring manager and recruiters on salary proposals for new hires as well as international transferees
- Provide immigration and relocation processes support liaising with global mobility and local providers
- Manage employee relations issues, resolve employee concerns and act as a bridge to resolve employee / and or management concerns
- Prepare, analyze, and share diagnostics to the business periodically on HR related issues
**Key skills and abilities include**:
***Graduate or equivalent with 1+ years experience in a HR specialty
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A reliable self-starter;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Advance knowledge of MS Office skills.
- Ability to build relationships
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have full working rights in Australia
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with managing digital communications and visual stories
- Experience as an HR Administrator or Advisor in a large IT Corporate organisation
- Knowledge of databases, reporting tools, or previous experience of statistical analysis a distinct advantage.
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.
Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 2 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
