**Ovolo Woolloomooloo** is the brand's flagship Australian hotel, located in Sydney's idyllic harbourside suburb of... (dramatic drum roll) Woolloomooloo. Nestled in the heart of the popular wharf precinct, a short walk to the city's central business district, the hotel is surrounded by a wide selection of much-loved dining and nightlife options. Ovolo Woolloomooloo features 100 guest rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, meeting rooms and events spaces, a swimming pool, and Alibi Bar & Kitchen (100% plant-based).

**The Gig**

Ovolo Hotels is currently on the lookout for a **Head Concierge** to come join our team. The spaces are like no other, with a fantastic team to supervise. This is a leadership role that will give room and scope to grow and have significant input into the evolution of our hotel brand in Australia. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the concierge/porter team as well as conducting general concierge duties. This a **Full-Time** role and will require flexibility within availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Greet guests warmly on arrival, opening doors and providing assistance with luggage
- Fulfil all requests from guests, including information on the city, transportation, hotel accommodation, restaurant bookings and entertainment plans
- Retrieve and park cars in a timely manner, taking care and responsibility, ensuring all procedures are followed for key handling, cash handling and documentation of every car being parked
- Provide high levels of service and respond to all requests in a prompt, efficient and polite manner
- Demonstrate full product knowledge on daily hotel activities such as events, Food & Beverage operations, daily occupancy, turnover of guest rooms and other hotel business
- Respond to concerns or complaints from guests appropriately and communicate with Manager as appropriate
- Maintain good working relationships with all departments and assisting departments as and when needed

**About you**

Communication & multi-tasking skills will be your superpower, along with strong leadership skills. You must hold a valid manual drivers license to be considered for this role. And most importantly, you will have a **FUN. UNCONVENTIONAL. & NEVER BORING** attitude that will is sure to brighten up your colleagues and guests' day.
