**As a Consultant, this is what you’ll be doing**:
QS is seeking an enthusiastic, imaginative, and effective consultant to join its established and rapidly growing higher education performance consulting practice. The practice comprises a vibrant and skilled team of experienced and passionate higher education experts delivering high quality strategic insight and advice to education institutions and policy makers worldwide.

**QS Expertise**

The position will be focused on: taking a proactive role in supporting the practice’s global engagement in terms of development and delivery; contributing effectively to the service offering development in synergy with the different parts of the business; and participating increasingly in executive representation -thought-leadership/ professional commentary
- to help universities and their stakeholders best maximise their positive impact.

**Role responsibilities**
- Consulting Engagement - contributing to international consulting projects including occasionally taking a leading role on some components: planning, managing, and delivering; ensuring high expectations for quality in all assigned projects and deliverables
- Business Development - contributing to business development opportunities for prospective clients: scoping and proposal tailoring.
- Customer Experience - enhancing the customer experience to convert one-time satisfied customers to long-term partners and champions
- Product Development - contribute to channel insights surfaced through close working with the team and QS stakeholders into evidence-based feature recommendations for products and services across the QS portfolio
- Sector Expertise -build a sound a working knowledge of international higher educationAnd any other duties that fall within the scope and purpose of the role.

- Highly effective presentation and communication skills, supported strongly by data where appropriate and backed up by a commitment to excellent customer service (Advanced PowerPoint: mandatory; skills in other design tools a plus)
- Robust standards of concise, professional, and insightful report writing
- Confidence with data processing and visualisation tools (Advanced Excel, Tableau, R, etc.) is a plus
- Professional fluency in English; a fluent command of one or more the following languages: Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese or French is a plusExperience in higher education and/or established consulting practice experience is a plus.
