Camperdown Cellars is an independently operated & community-based retail liquor chain with 8 stores across the Inner West, Sydney City, Eastern Suburbs, & Lower North Shore suburbs of Sydney. We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic & capable Store Manager for our largest store.

**About the Role**:
As the Store Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Running the day to day operations of the store,
- Providing exceptional levels of customer service,
- Building and maintaining strong community relationships,
- Maintain appropriate stock levels,
- Ensuring the store is well-presented and the stock is beautifully displayed,
- Lead and train your team members.

**Must have**:

- Established leadership skills,
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Experience with POS systems & an ability to maintain budgets,
- Strong reporting & communication skills,
- NSW RSA,
- As much excitement & flair as you can bring to the role

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CAMPERDOWN, NSW 2050: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 2 years (required)
- Retail management: 2 years (required)

- Australia (preferred)
