We are currently seeking a Metal fabricator with strong welding skills to join our dedicated team at Tower Garage Doors. This role is essential for ensuring that our products are not only manufactured to the highest standards but are also installed with precision and care at various sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to identify project needs.
- Fabricating metal by Shaping and cutting metal according to marked outlines using hand tools, flame cutting torches, and metal cutting equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the manufacturing and installation teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure product quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to manufacturing or installation, providing practical and innovative solutions.
- Lead the manufacturing process for garage doors, incorporating advanced welding skills to create exceptional products.
- Execute cladding of doors with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality finish.
- Carry out on-site installations of garage doors and facade cladding, demonstrating professionalism and expertise.
- Uphold stringent safety practices and standards in all operational areas.
- Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and skills in carpentry and installation techniques.
- Manage inventory and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Demonstrable experience in fabricating and welding, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on precision and craftsmanship.
- Proven track record in metal cutting machines
- Excellent technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
