**Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include:
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
- **Employee Relations**: Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- **Performance Management**: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including workplace safety, equal opportunity, and anti-discrimination laws.
- **Employee Engagement**: Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in the food processing or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, including workplace safety, equal opportunity, and anti-discrimination laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
