We are now looking for the pick of the litter to complement our existing team and help contribute to providing a premium service to the local pets through our pet transport service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transport animals from client homes to facility
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Handle animals in line with company policies and procedures
- Follow the company's collection procedures and protocols
- Optimise the collection and drop-off schedule
- Following up queries and abandoned bookings
- Check in/check out pets

**Experience / Requirements**:

- Confidence and ability to drive in Sydney traffic required
- Animal handling experience of dogs (up to large/giant breed) and cats highly regarded
- Honest with a high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding level of customer service
- Ability to safely drive long distances
- Problem solver
- Available to attend a lawful unpaid work trial shift (operated within The Fair Work Ombudsman guidelines)
- Full Australian drivers licence
