**Sales Consultant - Beds R Us Oxley, Brisbane**:

- Casual role with view to Part-Time for the right person_

Beds R Us Oxley is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Sales Consultant** to join our friendly team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

This is a **hands-on sales role**, perfect for someone who is passionate about helping people, enjoys building relationships, and has the drive to exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving and exceeding set KPIs and sales targets
- Build strong rapport and lasting relationships with customers
- Work autonomously with a high level of self-motivation
- Contribute to store operations and assist in team training
- Uphold Beds R Us values and philosophy in your day-to-day work
- Be available to work on a rotational day roster

**About You**
- Proven success in **sales and customer service** (retail preferred)
- Strong knowledge of **KPIs and sales targets**, with a track record of achieving results
- High energy, confidence, and a mature, outgoing personality
- Honest, reliable, and driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about helping people and providing an exceptional customer experience
- References from previous roles available

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in **sales and customer service**:

- Previous experience using **Point of Sale (POS) systems**:

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed **KPIs and sales targets**

Pay: $31.00 - $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
