Full-Time position for a Jiu-Jitsu Coach/Instructor

Jiu-Jitsu Coach

**Salary: $55,000 + 10 % Superannuation + Bonuses**

We are looking for an experienced Jiu Jitsu Coach for an immediate start.

This position is a full-time ongoing position, based in Newcastle from Monday to Saturday.

The Coach will be responsible for the following duties:
Design and coordinate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Training Sessions
- Teaching fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to children and adults of all levels of skill
- Analyse the performance of students and identify areas for improvement
- Promote the sport and encourage the development of students’ abilities at all times
- Coordinate the participation of students in competitions
- Coordinate exams for students to advance to the next belt level
- Respond to students and guardians’ enquiries about our program structure and classes
- Participate and contribute at team meetings
- Contribute to the development of Assistant Coaches

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work

experience:

- A Certificate IV in Sports Coaching or at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Brown or Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
