- At Senior Education Studios, you won’t have to worry about advertising or scheduling students as we manage that for you. You tell us your available working hours and we fill this time with students.

**Build your skills and resume**:

- Our priority is supporting our team to build their skills and resume. We provide our team with opportunities that draw on their strengths. Examples include collaboration projects such as the making of an online course/delivery of a workshop or marketing/social media to name just a few.

We require facilitators at our centres in Ringwood and Bundoora, meaning you arrive at work and then work with your students either online or in person from your workspace. There is no scheduling required as we do all of that for you. It is important to note that you will be required to attend one of our locations for your coaching sessions, all located close to public transport. We also run workshops throughout the year, which is an optional opportunity for you to be paid to join the team facilitating the workshops.

Our team members have flexibility in preferred work hours during weekdays, evenings and/or weekends (typically 3-7 hour blocks). Reliability is integral in this role as our students depend on us for support during this stage of their education.
