Cinema Worker

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cinema Worker to join our team. As a Cinema Worker, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional movie-going experience to our guests by assisting with ticket sales, concessions, and ensuring the theater environment is clean, safe, and enjoyable. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Sell movie tickets and provide information about showtimes, promotions, and special offers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

**Concessions and Sales**:

- Operate the concession stand, selling snacks, beverages, and merchandise.
- Prepare and maintain food and beverage items (e.g., popcorn, nachos, drinks) while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Upsell products and encourage loyalty program sign-ups.
- Operations on a pos with cash handling
- **Theater Operations**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of theaters before, during, and after shows.
- Monitor movie screenings for technical issues and promptly report any problems (e.g., audio/video issues).
- Assist in setting up and cleaning theaters between showings, including seating arrangements and sanitization.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.80 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
