**About the role**:
As the
**Videographer** at WISE Employment you will be responsible for planning, filming, producing and editing video content for a range of online platforms. You will be adept at telling compelling stories through film, and able to put people at ease in front of the camera. You will be able to take charge of the production process from start to finish, and manage multiple projects at once.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meeting with internal stakeholders and members of the Marketing and Communications department to discuss, interpret and develop video briefs to meet business needs
- Take briefs from internal customers on the video requirements and create storyboards for approvals prior to shooting
- Sourcing correct equipment, managing, cleaning and maintaining any owned assets
- Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props
- Calibrating and maintaining equipment
- Preparing background film or “B” rolls as well as finished material
- Troubleshooting problems with the equipment and doing small repairs as needed
- Edit captured video to tell concise, engaging and visually pleasing stories
- Create multiple versions ready for online delivery
- Inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into a video
- Work with the WISE Graphic Design team to maintain work within overall graphic guidelines
- Adding computer graphics and special effects to a video including animating opening intros or other as required
- Keeping abreast of developments in IT, particularly video technology
- Developing and maintaining effective internal relationships across all areas of WISE

- Highly developed creative and written communication skills
- Proficient in using video capture and editing technology as well as other creative technologies
- A passion for contributing to the WISE Mission and Vision
- Highly team-oriented and collaborative
- Self-motivated with the ability to organise your tasks and work with mínimal supervision
- Driven and passionate about delivering highly distinctive and effective audience focused marketing to support business objectives
