**Overview**

Being part of Barossa Hills Fleurieu LHN means you will be supported both personally and professionally, and will provide you with the opportunity to make a real difference to the residents/patients we care for and by extension, their family and the local community.

You will have prior experience in building and grounds maintenance, with practical experience in using a wide range of hand and power tools. With the ability to work with minimum supervision utilising your initiative and judgement to ensure the timely completion of tasks and activities as directed, you will be capable of adhering to instructions, established practices and guidelines. You will have a sound understanding of the Occupational Health Safety & Welfare acts relevant to a maintenance role. Your willingness to work as a cooperative team member will hold you in good stead for this job.
