We are Australia’s first Eco-Friendly Commercial Cleaning Company determined to deliver high-quality cleaning services to some of Australia’s biggest and most well-recognised brands across Melbourne and Sydney. We are a diverse bunch and welcome individuals from all backgrounds.

We’ve been green since before it was cool (25 years and counting ) and have a long-established reputation for surpassing deliverables (because we’re compulsively high achievers).

Position Purpose
- As an Area Manager, you will be based in Sydney for our Sydney clients and teams
- Your core role is to:
a. Drive client retention, developing strong bonds to develop lifelong clients.

b. Employ, lead, support and retain the best in industry cleaning teams.
- Other parts of your role include:

- Liaise with Sydney clients to ensure that our contractual obligations are met, and their needs are attended to, aiming to deliver an extraordinary Client Experience.
- Work in conjunction with our Planet Earth Support Team (based in Melbourne) with day-to-day functional tasks and responsibilities that are essential for client retention.
- Support Contractors/Cleaners and ensure they have the necessary tools/equipment/chemicals to perform their jobs up to our required standards consistently.
- Own from beginning to end the client experience and relationship. “Finger on the pulse”
- Be flexible, work independently and display clear ownership of your region
