**Are you a patient centric Exercise Physiologist who wants to work in our fast-growing Private Practice?**

Restorativ Physiotherapy in Pimpama is growing quickly, and we need an Exercise Physiologist to join our friendly team. Our focus is on professional, patient-centred care, evidence-based treatment approaches and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

**Who are we looking for?**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical fitness, functional capacity, and overall health.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized exercise programs aimed at improving mobility, strength, endurance, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive treatment plans.
- Educate clients on the benefits of physical activity and provide strategies for maintaining an active lifestyle.
- Monitor clients’ progress, adjust exercise programs as needed, and document outcomes.
- Provide guidance on injury prevention and safe exercise techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in exercise physiology and rehabilitation practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Exercise Physiology and Physiology skills
- Experience in Rehabilitation and Exercise Prescription
- Strong Rehabilitation knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology
- Registered with ESSA as an accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs).
- Full Drivers License

- The salary is between $75k - $90k per annum pro rata (including super), dependent on experience.
