**Part Time Permanent Position**

**In-home Personal Care Assistant - Northern suburbs**

We work on behalf of local hospitals in the Northern suburbs. Our care team provide in-home support to patients after they’ve been in hospital. The type of work includes:

- Personal care and showering
- Shopping on behalf of the client
- Domestic assistance (light cleaning and meal prep)
- Respite support

We even have a dedicated post hospital coordination team to support you in your job

**You’ll need to have**:
To join our team, you’ll need to have:

- A passion for caring
- Minimum of Certificate III in Individual, Disability or Aged Care Support (or 1st year nursing student or overseas doctor/nurse)
- COVID-19 vaccinations
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Employee Working with Children Check

**A little about us**

Absolute Care & Health has over 10 year’s experience delivering care, support and nursing to people in the community. We provide services for My Aged Care (Home Care Packages) After-Hospital Support Programs, NDIS (disability support), and Transport Accident Commission (TAC).

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thomastown VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
