- 12 Month Contract role, Offering a salary of $80k + Super

In this role you will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the global remuneration framework in Australia. The role involves conducting market research and analysis to determine competitive pay structures and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent, while also ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

**Key responsibilities**
- Managing the administration of remuneration and benefits programs, including communication, and troubleshooting issues for employees
- Conducting job evaluations and market analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges and pay structures for various job roles
- Support the annual remuneration review process
- Manage and address headcount cost queries from internal customers and liaise with finance.
- Participating in salary surveys and ensuring current market data is available for benchmarking
- Produce quarterly HR dashboards and analysis to support business needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and finance department on workforce/headcount budget, provision

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Experience/exposure or desire to explore the remuneration and benefits space
- Relevant HR experience or people experience in a similar field.
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills - think vlookup, pivot tables, foundational statistics.
- High integrity; understands the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity within a commercial/HR environment
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with a collaborative team centric approach
- High attention to detail, ability to multi-task with strong organisation skills
- Resilient and confident, takes initiative and is driven by success
- Ability to work across competing demands and enjoys a dynamic environment
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources is desirable.
