**The Role**:
This unique position, which blends traditional kitchen & bar responsibilities, offers a perfect opportunity for someone looking to express their creativity and versatility. Working closely with the owner, Matt, the Kitchen & Bar Maestro will become an essential part of our opening team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The role will vary by shift and will include;
- Crafting exquisite cocktails, wine selection, and beverage service
- Preparing and cooking our delicious, simple land ight food dishes
- Supervising bar operations and maintaining ambiance when required (lighting, sound, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with food and liquor laws
- Assisting with inventory management in both the kitchen and bar
- Providing exceptional customer service and enhancing guest experience

**About You**:
Previous experience in a similar role (no formal training required)
- A real passion for the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of food and beverage pairing
- A flair for creativity, innovation, and presentation

**Hours**:
Part-Time, 30 hours a week (Thursday to Sunday)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
