As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**You’ll achieve this by**:
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
Engaging and supervising the children at all times
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Goodstart Plympton is a purpose-built centre and is located on Anzac Highway and provides much-needed care for local families. Featuring seven spacious learning spaces over a single level and a separate nursery sleep room, Goodstart Plympton is designed as a modern yet home-like, naturally inspired environment.
