**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 1st or 2nd year Solar Apprentice to join our skilled team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the solar industry while gaining hands-on experience on high-end residential and large-scale commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Help with site assessments and prepare materials for installations.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development to enhance your knowledge of solar technology and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Pre-app/1st or 2nd year apprentice status in electrical or related field preferred.
- Strong interest in renewable energy and the solar industry.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
