As an Aged Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your duties will include assisting with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and meal preparation, while also fostering a friendly and respectful environment. You’ll work closely with healthcare teams to create tailored care plans and support the residents in maintaining their independence and dignity. Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills are key in building positive relationships with residents and their families. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you care for.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $37.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
