**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Serve as the on-site administrator, report regularly to the company with project milestones.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong technical expertise in [relevant engineering discipline or industry].
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
