We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced ELICOS teacher to deliver General English courses from beginner to advanced levels. This is a full-time or contract opportunity for a motivated educator who thrives in a multicultural learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver General English courses to adult learners using communicative and student-focused methodologies
- Monitor and assess learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
- Develop and adapt lesson plans, materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives
- Participate in curriculum development, moderation, and professional development sessions
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation and confidence
- Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to compliance reporting as required

**Essential Criteria**
- A degree or diploma in teaching or other (minimum three years full-time or equivalent)
- A recognised TESOL qualification (e.g., CELTA, Graduate Certificate in TESOL, Graduate Diploma, or Master with a TESOL methodology component)
- Relevant TESOL teaching experience (minimum 6 months preferred) in General English
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in digital literacy, including learning technologies and LMS use
- Understanding of the ELICOS Standards 2018 and best practice teaching principles

**Desirable**
- Experience working in a CRICOS-registered ELICOS provider
- Experience with overseas students
