The hotel bistro serves great-value meals daily, and guests can relax after a busy day at Rubix Bar, which offers meals and drinks, and bursts into life on weekends with a real party atmosphere. Ideal for functions, **ibis Perth **also offers three meeting rooms catering for 200 people.

We are looking for a ‘guest obsessed’ passionate F&B / Bar Attendant who thinks outside the box and wants to opportunity to make our F&B outlets the heart & soul of our hotel.

In this role you will:

- Be the ‘face’ of our Bar - welcome guests, look after our VIPs and clients
- Be an active promoter of Rubix Bar and assist in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outlets
- Run breakfast service, and conferencing and events as required
- Bring flair, passion and charisma each and every day
- Be given the opportunity to have your say and bring new ideas to the team
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
- Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices.

**Qualifications**
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- An entrepreneurial style and drive for bar operations
- The natural ability to understand and educate our guests on our wide range of wine, spirits, cocktails and aperitifs
- Experienced in making traditional cocktails as well as an interest in creativity and design of new cocktails
- Flexibility regarding your work availability is essential, as we operate 7 days a week, including public holidays
