**THE CLIENT**

Our client is a general practice boutique law firm located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. They are currently looking to bring on an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to support the team with their current workload. This firm has a longstanding reputation for exceeding expectations and prides themselves on providing their clients with the highest level of service.

**THE ROLE**

Commencing as soon as possible, you will hit the ground running assisting the team with the managing of conveyancing files from end-to-end. Experience in residential conveyancing is essential, and commercial conveyancing exposure would be also be looked upon favourably.

Your day-to-day duties will include (yet not be limited to);
- Preparing residential land contracts and opening files
- Conducting due diligence checks and searches
- Drafting correspondence, preparing transfer documentation and settlement calculations
- Liaising with clients, financiers and regulatory bodies as required
- Experience with PEXA is essential
- Experience with Leap practice management software will be highly regarded
