Calling all number enthusiasts and financial wizards We're seeking a detail-oriented and fun-loving Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and generating financial reports for management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, updating general ledgers, and maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate entry of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support effective financial planning.
- Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to obtain necessary financial information and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Provide support during the annual audit process and assist in the preparation of necessary documents.
- Stay updated with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist with general administrative duties as required

**Salary**: $21.42 - $47.56 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
