The Trades Supervisor will work in conjunction with the Administration and Customer Service Coordinator with the day-to-day operations of providing technical expertise, leadership and assistance to the field trade team including sub-contractors.

**Full time Role - Mon-Fri - 8.00am -4.00pm - Based in Ravenhall, working in various sites across Melbourne.**

You will actively and visibly support IKON’s Mission statement and quality objectives to provide the highest level of customer service, contract retention and growth targets.

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Trades Supervisor will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

- General maintenance field work as required
- Provide guidance, leadership, assistance and technical support to onsite IKON Property Services Trades employees
- Coordination of works and tasks onsite
- Liaise with clients, problem solve and meet client expectations
- Coordinate projects / work start-ups
- Investigate client issues & complaints
- Identify resource requirements
- Conduct regular meetings
- Quotes for minor works
- Participation in all WHS training

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills:

- Positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Certificate IV Frontline Management - desired
- **Industry Specific Trades background**:

- **Understanding of Project coordination and Trade supervision \**:

- **Technically minded and highly organised**:

- Diligent and takes pride in own work
- Good communication skills, fluent in English language
- Driver’s licence
- Working with Childrens check
- White Card
- Working at Heights

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
