Wellify Facility Services is a proudly Australian-owned and operated company, delivering premium commercial cleaning and garden maintenance solutions across the country. As a national provider, we support a broad range of clients from local councils and government agencies to national retailers, corporate offices, educational institutions, and strata facilities.

We are seeking a full-time operational Area Manager to oversee our residential and commercial cleaning contracts within Western Australia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality and address any concerns or feedback from clients.
- Have a sound understanding of cleaning operations
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that services meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, including revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Ensure schedules and timesheets are true and correct
- Oversee and manage the hiring onboarding processes
- Ensure your portfolio remains compliant with the correct legal and industry WHS standards.
- Willing to assist the field team with leave.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations and/or management roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
