The role
- Plan, implement, and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
- Use your leadership experience to mentor educators in meeting the high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Ensure your room is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment for the children.

You will
- Be a team-player and a natural collaborator who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
- Hold a mature and professional approach
- Be able to work rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6.30am - 6.30pm.
- Holds an ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
- Hold a Current Blue Card

About the centre

Green Leaves Early Learning Mount Pleasant is a beautiful purpose-built centre that opened in February 2018. Centrally located near, we have easy access to public transport and parking, making the commute to and from work, a breeze

As you walk through our doors, you will find our warm and inviting Centre Administrator at our reception. You will also see our fully equipped Chef’s kitchen and community lounge where parents can catch up with each other or educators over a fresh barista-made coffee.

Our centre is licensed for 143 children per day, across eight light-filled and inviting learning hubs. Our spacious and modern outdoor spaces comprise of a bike track, worm farm, large garden, timber play fort and the ever-popular performance stage.

Our centre offers all-inclusive fees which comprise of fresh and healthy meals, linen, hats and nappies. Included are also extra-curricular activities, incursions, and excursions such as weekly yoga classes, music classes and chef-led culinary lessons.
