**Responsibilities**:

- Thrive in an independent work environment while providing exceptional support to your team.
- Maintain a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring flawless every aspect of our service, cleanliness, and sites.
- Build genuine connections with our valued customers and their families.
- Roster preparation and management of shifts.
- Report directly back to Head of PLAY and senior management
- Ordering and processing of delivery and orders for Stocks.
- Set up and ( preferred not desired, delivery) of our educational programs.

**Requirements**:

- Prior cafe experience, including barista skills and cleaning proficiency
- Willingness to work weekends, sharing responsibilities with the team
- A bubbly, approachable, and open-minded personality that radiates enthusiasm
- Commitment to teamwork and providing exceptional customer service
- Sales and ability to connect with the greater community is preferred.
- Preferred - Experiance or certificates around child development or disabilies

Our Current Site Coordinator will train you over the next 2 - 3 months as she prepares for Maternity leave, This position can be long-term as our current site coordinator will look to return with a different position, as our current site coordinator prepares for Maternity leave

Your will be required to obtain a WWC, food safety certificate, and other relevant certificates to adhere to regulations.

**Salary**: $30.67 - $46.97 per hour

Expected hours: 26 - 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Supervising teams: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
