**Office All-Rounder with Accounting Focus**

**Location**:Jandakot

**Position Type**: Full-Time (7.30am-4.00pm onsite)

**About Us**: Aero Jacks/MX Aircraft is a small yet dynamic business dedicated to maintaining general aviation aircraft as well as manufacturing the world renowned MX Aircraft. **Responsibilities**:

- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Providing administrative support to team members as needed
- Handling both accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation
- Responsible for payroll processing each fortnight and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide IT troubleshooting and support to the team as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office environment, with a focus on accounting tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with accounting software (Xero - Essential)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Commitment to payroll requirements each fortnight
