**About the Company**:
We are a growing company providing a range of services to clients in the Seven Hills area. We are currently looking for a Receptionist Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn and develop their administrative skills.

As a Receptionist Trainee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff. Your duties will include:

- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining and updating client records and databases
- Filing, photocopying and scanning documents
- Assisting with invoicing and billing tasks
- Undertaking other administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work

**Training**:
As a Receptionist Trainee, you will receive on-the-job training and support from our experienced team. You will also have the opportunity to work towards a nationally recognized qualification Certificate III in Business Administration.
