**Your new company**
Your new company is a prominent Victorian State Government department, whose responsibilities and work have a long-lasting and genuine impact on the quality of life for all citizens in Victoria.

**Your new role**
- Developing and documenting detailed procedures to assist level-1 support staff in issue-logging and first call resolution
- Coordinating escalation of level 3 support issues to internal or external support providers, including working with vendors to achieve satisfactory problem resolution
- Providing specialised technical advice on the implementation of new projects and the integration or impacts to existing systems
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors by regular communications identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Planning, organising and time management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Relationship building skills and an exceptional customer service orientation;
- Solid interpersonal and influencing skills.
