**About the Role...**

We are seeking a dynamic, results orientated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in LEAN and safe operations at our Loganlea site.

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include;
- Act and lead in a way that is consistent with Alspec’s R..E.S.P.E.C.T values.
- Responsible for the Health & Safety of your designated team.
- Responsible for the stock movement process ensuring stock is handled in a safe and orderly way.
- Supervise the day to day activities of your staff ensuring excellent customer service, high productivity and ensuring an emphasis on providing a safe work environment.
- Responsible for meeting daily KPI’s in labour, productivity, transport, and quality
- Monitor the accuracy for goods being dispatched, ensuring correct QA processes are being followed.
- Work in collaboration with other functional departments within Alspec
- Work autonomously and set clear direction for staff.
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills.

**About You...**

To be successful you are;
- A natural leader with warehouse management experience
- Experienced in the aluminium or building industry (preferred not essential).
- A team player adept at leading a team
- Passionate, results driven with a very ‘hands on’ approach.
