Right now, we're looking for an** Assistant Store Manager**to join our** Birkenhead Point**store

**About the Role**:
This is a full time opportunity (32 Hours per week). Sunday: 9.45am - 6.15pm | Monday & Tuesday: 9:45am - 5:45pm | Wednesday: 11am - 3pm | Thursday: 2:15pm - 7:45pm.

**Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager, where you'll thrive by**:

- Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
- Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
- Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
- Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
- Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
