**About the role at Isentia**

As our P&C Coordinator, you will contribute to the daily operations of the ANZ P&C team. It is a broad role that will be responsible for supporting a variety of people-related processes across the full employee life cycle, such as HRIS system management, recruitment, onboarding, performance and engagement. You will also be responsible for a number of office management & coordination duties.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- HR Query Handling - Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies
- Project Coordination - Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project

- Learning agility - Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities
