The successful person will be working within a team of professionals who are customer focused, efficient and effective. An understanding of customer needs is paramount. The role will see you:

- Working with the team to provide personalised solutions for our customers
- Driving sales through exceptional retail skills and knowledge
- Be willing to keep up to date with frame fashions and trends
- In the first 3 months the opportunity to take your customer experience to the next level

**ABOUT YOU**

**The successful person will have the following skills and attributes**:

- A strong retail background & superior customer service
- Passion and desire to learn new skills
- Calm, composed and solution orientated with good problem solving
- Have a great can do attitude, willing to go the extra mile
- Flexibility to work extra as required, including 3hrs on Saturdays
- Respectful & empathetic
