Our Childcare to Year 12 College is a nurturing community that celebrates individuality and fosters

We are seeking passionate, skilled, and innovative education assistants who share our values and vision to
join our dedicated team and support our students in achieving their best by working alongside our talented
teachers or delivering programs or targeted support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Support students with special educational needs, including sensory, psychological, and medical needs.
Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers and paraprofessionals.
Contribute to educational outcomes of all students, including those with diverse needs.
Supervise students when required.
**Qualifications**:
Certificate IV in Education Support or equivalent, or higher, in special needs.
Experience in supporting young people with diverse educational needs.
Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and initiative.
Proficient in using learning and assistive technologies, including Office 365.
Current HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting.
