As part of INTO University Partnerships, we provide world-class pathway programs that support students in their transition from English language studies (CELT) to UWA College and beyond into undergraduate degrees.

We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Transition and Student Success Coordinator to lead initiatives that foster student engagement, retention, and a seamless transition experience.

**Your Role**

As a **Transition and Student Success Coordinator**, you will:
**Transition**:

- Develop a student-focused, inclusive, and well-communicated transition plan for UWA College pathway students.
- Plan, organise, and implement engaging and accessible transition activities.
- Take a collaborative approach to designing, evaluating, and improving retention strategies for students moving from pathway programs to degree courses.
- Provide tailored guidance and resources to help students of all backgrounds confidently navigate their transition to UWA College and UWA.
- Represent and support UWA College in a positive and inclusive manner.
- Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with university stakeholders across various disciplines.
- Work closely with the UWA College academic team to ensure students receive holistic support.
- Evaluate transition strategies using data and student feedback to create the best possible student experience.

**Student Engagement**:

- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and participation in student activities, promoting a positive student experience.
- Work closely with students, faculty, and staff to design accessible programs and services that support a smooth transition for all students.
- Engage with students across the entire student journey, from pre-commencement through to post-completion, encouraging help-seeking behaviour and fostering a sense of belonging and connection.

**Communications for Current Students**:

- Use diverse communication channels to effectively connect with transitioning students and ensure access to information.
- Contribute to inclusive communication strategies for transition and student success initiatives, ensuring accessibility for all students.
- Support events through effective coordination, clear communication, and well-prepared resources.
- Maintain accuracy and alignment across student and public-facing platforms, ensuring all students can easily access relevant information about transitioning between programs.

**Process Development**:

- Support equitable and compliant student services processes, ensuring accessibility and fairness for all students.
- Work with the wider student services team to develop and improve processes related to transition and student support.
- Use data to monitor and enhance student success initiatives and continuously improve the student experience.
- Ensure accurate records reflect UWA College’s commitment to equity, inclusion, and best practices.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in student affairs, leadership education, and organisational development to strengthen transition and student success offerings.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment where all students feel supported.
- Provide thoughtful and informed advice to the Associate Director, Student Services, with a focus on continuously enhancing student transition and success.
