**Vacation Student opportunity: Build the extraordinary, every day**

The **Hatch Vacation Student Program** offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain hands-on industry experience. We are dedicated to supporting your transition from academia to your professional career, helping bridge the gap between education and the workplace.

As a member of our **Advisory practice**, you will participate in a variety of engagements that will enhance your problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills through collaboration with both our team and clients.

You may also have the chance to contribute to the following activities:

- Assisting in the development of cost models, financial models, and business cases for projects and initiatives, both for external clients and within Hatch.
- Engaging proactively with internal stakeholders to gather information, deliver reports, presentations, and provide verbal updates as required.
- Collecting and summarizing data through document analysis, workshops, surveys, and business process descriptions to support various initiatives.
- Preparing scenarios and case studies to assist analysts and consultants in decision-making.
- Providing administrative support as needed.

**You bring to the role**:
The 12-week program commences on **Monday, 18 Nov 2024**. _Please note, during this time Hatch will have its annual office closure from COB Friday, 20 December 2024 and will reopen Monday, 6 January 2025_.
