**To be Successful in this Role you**:

- Will need a Social Work qualification or equivalent.
- Will have experience working with clients with a diverse range of presenting issues.
- Will have a strong commitment to evidence-based, patient centred service delivery.
- Will have experience working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
