After transitioning our identity to asian-fusion after an ownership change, we have found ourselves with not enough staff to manage the booming increase in patronage. With great quality coffee always made to a high standard, we are looking for staff who share the same skill and passion to continue to make and serve the greatest coffee in the east.

Our team all shares the load, no one is always in one place, and that should mean that everybody has some level of knowledge of how to make different types of coffee, including both traditional black and white as well as filter coffees and specialty non-caffeine drinks like chais and matcha.

General responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, assisting with general cafe operations, such as taking orders, cleaning, stocking, and cash handling, making and taking out a variety of drinks, and working within and contributing in a collaborative environment.

We are looking for people who have experience as a barista, ideally a year or two at least. This is because of how fast paced things can get at times, and we want to ensure our coffee quality remains at our high standards.

Knowledge of different origins, beans, and brews also helps, as we want to try our best at explaining and marketing different coffees for brew and on retail.

Pay: $24.10 - $37.47 per hour
