Our Talent Migration team is seeking an experienced Administrator. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team that ensures seamless mobility processes. Our Migration team plays a vital role to provide support to these professionals and our sites, navigating the complexities of immigration and relocation, so they can focus on what they do best - providing exceptional care to our patients.

**What you’ll do**

As an Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our Migration team, ensuring our mobility processes operate seamlessly. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing general administrative support across our processes.
- Overseeing vendor invoicing
- Assisting with projects to enhance our talent migration program and process efficiencies.

**What you’ll bring**

We’re looking for a highly organised, service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your strengths and skills include:

- Prior administration experience, ideally within an HR or mobility setting
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Accurate in data entry (experience in HR systems
- PageUp, Workday, or Chris21 is advantageous).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- High-level communication skills and the ability to excel in a hybrid team work environment.
