**✨ Who is TeamKids? ✨**
TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

**Service Location: Mitcham, VIC**

This has such a strong sense of community and are dedicated to supporting their students and their staffs. The Principal is such a welcoming presence who is excited to work closely with the Director of Service to ensure you are feeling supported and aligned with the school's practices and values

The service space is a designated space, with lots of opportunity for displays, zones and making the space your own

**You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday**:
7:00am - 9:00am + 2:15pm - 6:30pm + 6.75 hours admin a week.

What is a Director of Service

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
