**Key Responsibilities**
- Venepuncture experience is essential for at least 6 months unsupervised not including placement hours
- Processing of Pathology Specimens
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clerical duties and basic IT skills
- High-level communication skills with colleagues and patients
- Ability to provide dedication to patient care
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Comply with Work Health and Safety

**About you**:
We are looking for a
**driven,** outgoing individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality Pathology services. You’ll have a positive
**can-do** attitude to be able to successfully and positively work with our external stakeholders. You will have a high level of technical skills and be able to work autonomously and without supervision.

**You must be**:

- Eligible to work within Australia
- Possess a current driver’s licence and WWC Check
- **Medical Laboratory Science degree with Phlebotomy experience are welcome to apply**:

- Obtained a **Cert 3 in Pathology Collection**:

- A clear and patient communicator
- **Experience in blood collection (at least 6 months)**:

- Have a positive attitude
- Have a passion for Pathology Collection
- **Have a flexible approach to work and availability and be prepared to be deployed at different locations**
