**About the role**:
The Advice Associate supports the Life Insurance Financial Advice team and plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and support within a member-based organisation.
This position involves assisting Life Insurance Financial Advisers who specialise in life insurance products such as term life, disability, critical illness and income protection.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Support a small team of Life Insurance Financial Advisers, adapting to their individual styles of working.
- Booking in member appointments with the advisers.
- Contacting insurers, accountants and superannuation funds to obtain member statements and validate fact find data.
- Maintain member records and update information in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve member service processes.
- Provide a front-line process workflow quality monitoring and compliance role in the team.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience in client service or a similar role.
- Strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in using client management software such as Xplan and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Holding RG-146 certification in Life and Superannuation is advantageous.
