Searching for an experienced Banquet Sales Coordinator to arrange the administration and site inspection processes for a smaller venue in Melbourne.
**Responsibilities**:
Managing telephone and website inquiries
Invite clients for site inspections and follow through
Take bookings and organise running sheets
Coordination to FOH and kitchen staff
Assisting the restaurant in busy times
**Skills and Styles**:
- Friendly & outgoing personality_
- Computer-literate_
- Creative with websites and social media platforms_
- Able to work unsupervised_
- Team player and understanding of booking sequences_
- Excellent telephone techniques_
- Confident in guest relations_
**Salary**: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
