Confluence Water, the Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, is one of three consortia delivering services under Sydney Water’s Partnering for Success program. Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water’s North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an **MPM Supervisor** for our Networks Team working on sites to organise materials, plant and labour for the safe and productive delivery of pumping system overhaul works. This is a great opportunity to turn you trade and supervisory skills into a career in the Water and Essential Services Space. You will be part of an innovative 10 year Program of Works, partnering with Sydney Water in the region north of the Harbour.

- A mechanical trade background.
- Experience in leading trades
- Experience communicating and collaborating with clients and subcontractors
- An interest/passion/talent for anticipating, trouble shooting and resolving logistic, equipment and other execution challenges
