**About the organisation**
We are in search of the next early childhood leader who has the experience and passion to drive the organisation's ever-interesting and supportive philosophy. In addition, you will get to work with an incredibly supportive area manager and the operations manager, who believe in a collaborative approach to working with you

The existing centre director has been promoted within the organisation. Therefore, we have a great opportunity for you to join the team of the service that is doing exceptionally well with occupancy as well as through assessment and rating.

All you need to do is what you do best, that is, inspire and support the enthusiastic team and work with the educational leader on engaging programs for the little learners.

As part of your management team, who are well experienced, you will be supported by a full time assistant director who will help you with administration and staffing. At the same time, the educational leader will assist with the programming and practices.

**Management Responsibilities**
- Mentoring and team management
- Sound understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework
- Sound understanding of service compliance
- Experience in staff rostering
- Qikkids software or similar
- Strong understanding and experience in performance management
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting
- Building a positive partnership with families

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised),
- **MUST** have at least 2-3 years full time experience as a centre director capacity or higher in a medium size service
- Current WWCC or VIT
- Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- High Level of written and verbal communication
- **MUST **have Full working rights in Australia
